OTTUMWA, Iowa -

It may only be February, but the Bridge City Knights are already into full swing.  The second year NAFL team has been busy preparing for the upcoming 2010 minor league football  season.

The Knights are very proud to announce their partnership with the Ottumwa YMCA.  One of the partnership components will allow the community to interact with Bridge City players at participating YMCA events.

Schaeffer Field in Ottumwa will once again be the home of the Knights.  "As a way of giving back to our community, we (Knights) are donating funds for the new scoreboard," states Team Owner Tom Lathrop.

The third player tryout will take place on February 21st.  The full details are listed below.
