Wolves Sign Impact Player
The 2009 Central Lakes Division Champion Traverse City Wolves recently acquired an impact player. Left tackle Corey Hill has officially signed with Traverse City for the 2010 season. Hill looks to replace Don Labadie (former LT and Captain), who retired after last season. The Warriors Are Ready For Battle
"Respect All, Fear None." That's the battle cry for the Colorado Warriors, who are the latest team to join the Mountain West Region of the NAFL. In November 2009, the DC Explosion were celebrating a 12-8 victory over the Chicago Wolverines in the NAFL CB Championship Game, played in Miami. Two months later they were back on the field in Homestead, Florida (south of Miami) competing for a National Championship. NAFL Members Receive Honors
During the Sunshine Bowl / USA Bowl Extravaganza weekend (January 15-17), the American Football News Today inducted forty-four new members into its 2010 Hall of Fame. Five of those members came from the NAFL. The official induction took place on the evening of January 14. |
